Installation of 1 kitchen mixer tap. Installation of 1 vanity mixer tap in the bathroom. Replacing original taps and installing new ones. Interested in a separate quote for Installation of a water filter that connects directly into the kitchen mixer tap. I attached photos of the old taps that need replacing

It seems as though the drainage pipes are blocked up and water won’t properly drain.

Identify source of leak and fix leak in pipe coming out of rainwater tank. It’s seems fairly clear where the leak is coming from as there’s dropping from the tank and a water puddle

I need someone to clean my shower drain, I have noticed the drain fly on top of the celling.

Both bathrooms in my apartment have a broken toilet seat, so I need to have them replaced ASAP. I think I know the right one... But it might be best for someone to grab the right seats/ replace for me and do the whole job, start to finish. Price we can negotiate pending cost of the seats. Let me know if you can help!
