Plumber need to install new pipe from the garage to the main pipe outside, need a handyman to cut the concrete and dig soil out, after his job, need to refill and reconcreting. Main pipe will be located by my plumber.

Water is leaking from T connection from bidet in toilet.

Tap under the sink (for dishwasher) is leaking and needs to be replaced. Has been turned off now and seems it doesn’t leak when fully turned off. I don’t have the replacement tap or any tools for the job.

My fridge/freezer stopped working. We are trying to claim it on insurance but need someone to provide a report on what happened

The nearest water connection is behind the wall which is behind the fridge, and it is connected with the laundry of the house.

Removal and replacement of approximately 2m of old GI cold water pipe and replacement with modern copper or plastic cold water pipe. We want to replace the existing old hose-based shower with a single overhead shower head

Install new vanity in the bathroom, including plumbing, tapware and silicone etc. I have the vanity and tap on site already. Extra plumbing parts will need to be provided as required. One inlet will need to go in the gap behind the drawer.

Currently installed is an Evekare Raised Height Rimless Back To Wall Toilet Suite (p-trap 180mm). Carefully remove this toilet (so that it can be sold as it is nearly new and just removing because of the height), and replace it with a Caroma Luna Cleanflush Back to Wall Toilet Suite (p-trap 185mm). Please note the very slight difference in p-trap height specified by each toilet. New toilet will need to be siliconed. Also install a Kogan electric bidet toilet seat. New toilet, bidet and colour match silicon is on site ready to go. Must be fully licensed. Please provide license number and warranty terms in your offer.

Need toilet unblocked ASAP

Water is dripping from upstairs bathroom. I checked from downstairs room roof, I saw water dripping through the water pipe and floor around the pipe is wet. But I don’t know where exactly the at comes from.
