I need someone to remove our water tank as we're going to replace it with a small shed. We have great access at the rear of the property for a ute/small truck, not far from where the tank is located. The tank is approx 1.7m x 2.2m x 70cm. It has a small leak in it (that could be patched) if you wanted to keep the tank. I'm open to what date/time the job is done.

Plumber needed to URGENTLY come today and finish off a job. The old toilet has been removed and I need someone to come and see what toilet will fit, go down to Bunnings get a toilet and install new one. Please dispose of the old toilet also which is sitting on my balcony. The plumber has come this morning and is unable to finish the job as his Ute has broken down when he went to pickup a toilet. I would prefer one that will be as flush as possible with the wall however told it won’t work. I have taken photos of one that he said would work. Please see photos. Have uploaded photos of the old toilet too and one I would like to get if possible

My pop up vanity plug is stuck in the closed position and won’t open. I’ve tried multiple times trying to unstick and each time with significant fiddling around on next use it sticks again. Need resolved ASAP. I will pay/ reimburse for any parts should they be needed. Note: photo is not actual plug but it is the same model/width/basin to show item. I need my sink mixer replaced. It started squirting a fine mist of water where I put sticky tape (refer to pics) then water started bubbling up from the base. Update: I will provide replacement tap (posh solus mk2 standard from reece). The tap will be delivered mid next week so job can be done after that. Thanks
