Supply and Install Bathroom Sink Diameter 18inches

Hey all. I removed a water tank years ago and redirected the down pipe to feed the neighbours tank. Not a problem. But now I have sold the house and I’m not sure this’ll be allowed. I’m looking for solutions. I think the easiest fix is to cap off the gutter and remove the Downpipe completely. Not a big job, I just haven’t got a ladder big enough to complete it. Any suggestions would also be appreciated. Needed done asap

From 2 toilet small amount of water flushed running water need to stop it .

I have a brand new Rinnai LPG gas hot water system. Have installed it according to instructions with a regulator on the brand new gas bottle and all new piping for water and gas. Checked battery that was supplied with the unit and is fine. In fact it's sparking but the water is not getting hot. Not sure if I have a faulty unit or whether I've missed something during installation. I don't have a gas pressure check unit either so if you could bring one of those along that would assist. It's prob something small like I've missed a turn on point somewhere but I can't work it out so need your assistance please.

Water get stuck in the sink. Maybe it’s InSinkErator problem. Looking someone who can fix this issue. If need to remove the InSinkErator i am happy with that if that’s fix up the issue.

Our sinkrator has stopped working and there is a leakage from it, we need to put normal sink pipes instead

I am looking for a gas technician to help me with adjusting a gas burner flame level. Problem: we couldn't lower the flame level to our desired sim level. Work required: Need a precision screwdriver to adjust the burner flame level. Note- I have the 2 mm screwdriver, however, I couldn't reach the end of the screw to perform tuning. So, you will need a long 2 mm screwdriver to able to reach the screw.

1 Bosch dishwasher - i replaced water inlet valve which fixed that, but the cycle doesn't seem to end (mins go down to 1 left, but it continues to pump water into the unit) so possibly the electrics are not operating correctly.
