The pipe going from Swimming pool to the pump is broken. It’s a PVC pipe. Probably 48mm or 50mm pipe..

Fix leak in 2 toilets, both leaking from tank to bowel and one leaking to the floor

Hi team, The task is to fix the following: 1) fix blocked toilet, the water flashes away slowly. Most likely kids has flashed an object, will need the high pressure jets blast it. Also, when flashing the toilet, there is a small leak between the tank and the toilet seat. Most likely just needs a washer. See photos. 2) for a second toilet, no water is coming to the toilet tank. 3) remove / replace rusted bolts and current bolts for all four toilets. And adjust tank. Please quote the job for parts and materials. Task location Marayong.

During the laundry renovation, the old wall tiles were removed and now the gap between the sink tap and the wall is almost 10cm. Looking for a plumber who can help to reduce the gap. It's a tap with separate hot and cold assemblies(see image attached)

Perform re line of kitchen line under the house to prevent further blockages and also tree root growth into main sewer line. Length of pipe is around 6-7 metres.

1. Install a new commode with Bidet and Handshower in the existing bathroom 2. In the attached photos, I have indicated in Red arrow where it needs to be installed 3. There is plumbing in the wall as there is another commode in the adjacesant room.

On big rainy days only, the storm water pit takes longer to clear. Additionally pipes are full of mud. The pit needs to be cleared (incl the pipe that takes the water out in the creek running on the back of the property) and the rainwater pipes taking the water from the roof/ground to the pit.

I wish to install a bidet in my toilet. The water outlet is not outside on the wall but inside the cistern tank (just fyi), refer to pics. I'd prefer the one affixed at the back of the seat itself rather than those flexi hanging ones u have to manually hold in the hand to aim.

The bathroom sink tap is constantly dripping and laundry sink tap is very tight to open. So both need replacement.

Two of our kids toilets at our childcare centre are leaking water. One has the water flowing continuously and the other dripping only a few drips. I replaced the inlet valve on one, but it did not fix the issue.
