I have a broken waste pipe on my omega dishwasher that i need replaced. I have already purchased the new pipe i just need it fitted

Water is draining slowly in the shower drain so needs to be cleared, plus we have drain flies so both drains in the bathroom could be scrubbed well with a deep brush to get out all the built-up gunk. Note it is an apartment building. It's just one bathroom, but there's a drain in the shower and one nearby next to the toilet.

Need to replace the in wall cartridge for a shower and bath spout. The pin has come out and is now damaged. Happy to go buy a new parts needed and simply need a plumber who knows what they are doing.

I need to unclog the defrost drain

The problem arises: if I put the cistern cap on top, once I put flush, it leaks (slow water keep running at the red arrow spot).
