The problem arises: if I put the cistern cap on top, once I put flush, it leaks (slow water keep running at the red arrow spot). I need licensed Plumber/ specialty in solar hot water. From a couple of days ago, we do not have a hot water from one of the bathroom, it runs by solar energy.
