I need the sealant from the bathroom sink to the wall to be redone. Same for the kitchen bench top to the wall

Fridge is warm not cold- food going off

Toilete is blocked and water wont go down

There is a small leak in my toilet. I suspect needs a new wax ring. Also there is a base that the toilet is sitting on. This probably also needs to be replaced as it has some water damage.

The problem arises: if I put the cistern cap on top, once I put flush, it leaks (slow water keep running at the red arrow spot). I am thinking to repair it by changing valve? or change the whole cistern (porcelain or plastic - at the plumber's advice). Please submit your quote (and indicate labor only or all inclusive). Cistern isn’t filling up the tank. Also, previously when it did fill, water would leak into the bowl - Similar to someone lightly pressing the flush button.
