The problem arises: if I put the cistern cap on top, once I put flush, it leaks (slow water keep running at the red arrow spot). I am thinking to repair it by changing valve? or change the whole cistern (porcelain or plastic - at the plumber's advice). Please submit your quote (and indicate labor only or all inclusive). Thanks.
