There is a small leak in my toilet. I suspect needs a new wax ring. Also there is a base that the toilet is sitting on. This probably also needs to be replaced as it has some water damage.

I need licensed Plumber/ specialty in solar hot water. From a couple of days ago, we do not have a hot water from one of the bathroom, it runs by solar energy.

I need someone to change the washers in my shower. Pic below for reference. I unfortunately have no idea what size the washers are, nor do I have washers, but I can get some before if you have an approximate guess of the size. Task can be done after 5pm today (Wed 24 Jul) or after 6pm other weekdays, or by arrangement on the weekend.
