I have recently purchased a secondhand Toyota coaster that has been converted to a motorhome. Have had all mechanical and auto electric work updated but I just have a large (80L maybe?) water tank to be installed underneath it and just don’t have the tools or ability to get under it myself. Hook up my fridge to water mains. Possibly need a filter?

I’ll need an installation of a water filter system by connecting it to a new mixer. Photos attached. I need to avoid drilling a hole in the bench/sink, but change to a new mixer instead, and no new plumbing involved afaik.

Currently have a bit of water coming up from the floorboards. Need a handyman to have a professional look at what is needed to fix, and to retile. I don't have the tiles yet but once you have a look I can purchase based on your advice and have you come back to tile. Anytime this week would be perfect, the sooner the better. Photos attached of the current floor. Not a lot of water but there is definitely some dampness/wet under the flooring I can feel.
