Remove the existing water tap from the hand wash basin and Install a new water tap securely.

Toilet cistern does not fill water properly. It’s VERY slow. Tap turned on fully it water just trickles in.

The hot tap in the shower leaks at the base of tap / adjacent to tiles. Leak is only when water is on.

I need to change my shower head, comes with the tape.

Near kitchen we have another room where we want water tap and basin so we can fill water.

Toilet blocked, it happened before want to have a good flush.

Bathroom drain blocked. Water not going down in bath drain and it’s overflowing out from the drain next to it (next to water sink). Need to unblock the drain in the bathroom

The toilet paper holder come off. Need someone to drill it back .. i try to glue it back.. it wont stay long.. the handle in pic is new one.. i lost the original.. so drill is needed to stick it back

Tempering valve needs servicing and may replacing? Not sure. Jemena replaced hot water meter and now water is scalding hot and they won’t fix it. Said I need to get a plumber. Registered plumbers only please

Toilet is already there but it is actually blocking working areas so it needs to be shifting on the near corner to open the place area.

Toilet Flush Cover came off due to loose screws. Flush works fine. Just the cover needs to be reattached.

Need to remove an old bathroom vanity - 900mm (getting water damage) and install a new one. New vanity with mixer tap to be supplied - I need the old one safely removed and disposed of, with new one neatly installed / silicone etc. apartment in mascot. I’m trying to replace the cartridge on my kitchen tap as it’s leaking from around the handle. I’m trying to use Allen keys to get the handle off but am not having any luck. I need a plumber to come and have a look and complete the repair/replacement.

Remove sink on Thursday and reinstall next Tuesday. Getting my benchtop replaced. Standard stainless steel top mount sink and standard tap mixer.

cap off two existing water line as we do not use those two, while still needing the water to run for our other ice machine that comes from the same tap connection. see attached photo. Need to be done friday
