Laundry Sink is leaking from the pipe underneath basement. Need to be fixed or adjusted pipe.

Our recent tap has snapped off, we can still use the tap but the nozzle no longer is attached. We want the whole tap replaced. We will buy the replacement tap but just want someone to help install it. Any recommendations on a tap would be nice as us females (mother and daughter) don’t know what we are buying

My pool is leaking. Pool guy fixed the valve and it is still leaking so a diagnosis and fix is needed. Photo is as-is today, no top up in a while.
