Hi I have somehow jammed the attached metal sink plug, perhaps pushing it down further than it should be, into the sink in the bathroom. And I can’t seem to pull it out. I also have had to turn the tap off in my son’s bathroom for the toilet a few nights or days due to it leaking … Looking for someone local to assist for a fair price. Thank you

Need shower head changed to new shower head and fix the dripping. Sink tap to new one. And bathtub tap to new one I have the taps and shower head just need it to be put on

There is a pump under the sink which pumps away the water. The smell was there when we moved into the building. The filter had been replaced but smell came back quickly. Filter should be replaced yearly, its due for replacement but the smell has never really gone away Sink is not used frequently and this has been an ongoing problem. The tap connected to my retic time leaks whenever i turn the tap on. The retic isn't working either. It's next to the road in my house so easy access from foot path any time(townhouse with tap about 2m from footpath).
