I'm doing a minor kitchen renovation at the moment adding a new bar cabinet, and am looking for a licensed plumber to: 1. Install new drain / cold water tap ready for a coffee machine to be plumbed in 2. Install new cold water tap above fridge. Existing floor waste is adjacent to where the coffee machine needs to drain and is currently being used as a drainage point for A/C return feeds in-wall (see photo) - and needs to be extended across 30cm to under where new cabinet will go. Cold water line runs above new tap point - plaster has already been removed - see photo and plan. Cold water line for fridge can be installed in cavity above - again plaster already removed. Having issues with my studio hot water. Takes a while to heat up and now dosnt last very long. Have been advised water is pretty much cold/freezing cold.

Need to reconnect taps to the water supply in the kitchen sink. Also need to connect new Green Solutions (insinkerator). Images are of the location for plumbing reconnect and the other is of the previous Insinkerator and pipes to be replaced by new Green Solutions Model of Insinkerator

I have found very small leakage under the kitchen sink. The leakage is unclear from where it is. Another is at the joint of tap.

Fix / replace bathroom Tap

Disconnect undersink water filter and sink tap. Install new sink tap - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 29 July 2023

Attach new PVC piping to existing PVC outlet pipe (approx. 30mm) to take water to ground level. See photos. Will require a few metres of PVC pipe and some elbows. The pipe needs to be attached to the wall and lead down to the bottom of the stairs (where the water currently drips anyway) but at least it will keep the stairs drier and avoid further damage to the edging of the grout where it joins the wall. We will look at installing a drain at a later date, but that's not your concern at this stage. This job does not require plumbing skills. Measure, cut some pipe, put in some bends and divert it.

My basin tap was feeling very tight and suddenly just stopped working, it is now loose and likely need to be replaced - Due date: Before Saturday, 16 December 2023
