Outdoor tap in the back garden has a slow leak. Wanting to replace the tap with a new one, and split it into two taps — one for a garden hose, and another for a newly installed irrigation system.

add 1 new tap for washing machine in bathroom at the space between bath and sink. there is no tap in bathroom. waste can put into bath, and water point will be connect between shower or sink tap. the last pic is the tap in laundry, if can reuse the parts as they are still very new. I need a plumbing service to install / replace the old taps in the bathroom. I attached photos of the sink and old taps, and the third photo is the tap that needs to be installed

Our toilet seat link is broken and needs replacing. The same toilet has also had issues being blocked. It is now causing blockage in other areas (shower, kitchen sink).

Need to replace two toilets with new ones. S-trap configuration.

Shower has pressure and temp issues

Install two new toilets and remove and dispose of existing toilets. The existing toilets have been siliconed to the tiled floor so may need to be broken up to remove safely from floor.

Driveway drainage grate is stuck and cannot be removed to allow drain to be cleaned. May need to be grinded out. Need grate removed and if damaged to be replaced with same Everhard grate

The cistern needs fixing, I’m not sure what parts are needed if any but I can’t put it back together. The shower head is broken and the cold water squeals when turned on. The cupboards on the vanity need to be put back on and a couple of light bulbs which I can’t reach need replacing.

We need someone to install new shower head and taps. I understand it’s a fairly simple swap over. Please see pictures attached. The photo of the shower is the current setup, and installation of the new shower head and taps in same place. Many thanks!

We’ve observed a few times now that water falls into the bottom of our laundry trough cabinet, so I need to make it leak proof once again. I’m 90% certain it’s the gap between the basin and the pipe that’s at fault here, however let’s do a leak test and correct it.

I hit a plastic water joint and cracked it a little now I have a small leak. Looking for someone to come and replace the joint.
