My bathroom tap was leaking but I managed to fix the leak by taking apart the cold tap handle and replacing the washer there. Unfortunately since I did this, the tap now leaks from the faucet handle (on the COLD side), and leaks a tiny bit underneath the sink. This slight leak occurs whether I use HOT or COLD handles, but only leaks on the Cold side - so I don’t think there’s any issue on the HOT side. The stem in the spindle got stuck and I think the issue is simply replacing that spindle. It’s an old setup though. I am looking for someone who can fix up this job so the tap and both handles are working perfectly. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 March 2024

Newly build house, has stormwater system installed (sealed/wet system). It also has stormwater tank bypass system connected to 2 toilets and the laundry. We need to connect water tank to the system (we supply the think tank 2000L) + pump with enough pressure for 3 taps, (Water pro DJ58 auto pump or similar) slab has been done too, thanks Max
