Toilet lid needs replacing and hinge of toilet seat appears to be broken.

I'm hearing a tapping like noise coming from the ceiling. I don't think it's a leak but it's been going on for a while

I recently replaced the connector seal on my toilet, but now there’s a leak from the base of the cistern that I can't fix. The entire refill tube mechanism and flush valve gasket feel loose, and despite my efforts, I can't tighten them enough to stop the leak.

Old spindles need to be removed - fairly tight and won’t budge. New taps installed Price negotiable. Available Saturday as well.

I require irrigation lines, spigots, irrigation box, timer and brass connector / lever for the tap - see pictures for guidance.

Hi, I have a Geberit ceramic cistern toilet. The leaking valve needs replacing. While you’re here, I’ll also get you to look at some leaking taps (we can discuss $$).

- Connecting the washing machine's drain hose (There is no laundry room, so we have to install it in the bathroom.) - Changing the shower and basin taps (We got a new shower set and basin tap.) - Cleaning the plughole in the bathroom (mould removal)

Job for experienced plumber. Main pipe is broken in backyard, toilet near back getting backed up and overflowing. Camera has been put down already so know what the issue is. The terracotta main pipe will need to be replaced with pvc. Approx 1.5 metres underground. Will need a team of 2-3 to dig to replace. And refill, landscape as per normal.

We are having our kitchen renovated. The oven, microwave, sink, tap, gas top, kitchen counter and splashback are in working order. As well as the drawers and joinery are in working condition. The appliances are Miele. The sink is a double bowl and tap is Grohe with a spray. Free pickup required!

Replace under counter wash basin in the bathroom with a new basin which I have. Repair (or replace rubber seal) in cistern flush system which leaks water into the toilet bowl. Replace washers for: bathroom wash basin taps, kitchen taps and cistern's water supply tap.
