We have a sudden irrigation leak in our garden from an irrigation system we didn't know existed. We are urgently looking for an irrigation specialist to hunt down the source of the leak in our front garden and fix it. Not sure what this would cost, so please make an offer and state when you'd be free to investigate this for us.

If anyone is able to do below minor work; Retaining wall – there is just one sleeper showing slight movement on retaining wall Moisture issue in bathroom – it is just new silicone that is needed, or some additional plumbing tape that is causing the damage. Drainage outside – some additional storm water provision may need to be put in place. Need to install a couple of additional drains

The water flow from the bathroom sink tap has been progressively slowing down over time. The shower in the bathroom functions normally and quickly, and all other taps in the house are operating properly. The bathroom is situated on the second floor.

2 taps are tight while opening. One tap head is missing. And leakage from one of the laundry tap.

We have two inlet copper pipes under laundry bench for the washing machine that protrude out from the wall significantly - want them cut shorter so they are flush with the wall

Toilet bowl, flushing problem. Bowl unable to fill water.
