The water pressure from our kitchen tap is running very low

Our Beko dishwashing keeps on running and won’t turn off. It has not started the cycle and no water intake. Even if I press the pause or cancel button it does not stop.

Although pilot works and stays on. Fires up but only for 30 secs before turning off, regardless of heat setting used. (I'm guessing thermocouple!?? Only a 4 year old unit but Rheem making me jump hoops to claim under warranty, not to mention their hefty call out fee with no guarantee it'll be fixed.) On a tight budget but willing to work with you for a reasonable price.

I need a licensed plumbing to supply and install 2 new toilets and 1 vanity mirror set. The job will be done after painting works finish which will be in two weeks time. I also want a shower recess resealed. Remove existing sealant and replace with new material. The plumber will remove all waste from site once the job is completed.
