I have identified a leak in the ensuite bathroom at the rear of the shower area. The shower comprises a fiberglass insert with a shower screen door. Upon inspecting the fiberglass insert, I confirmed that the leak is not stemming from it. Based on my preliminary inspection, the issue appears to be related to the plumbing connection to the showerhead. The water damage is evident at the base of the cabinet immediately adjacent to the shower area and on the timber molding around the shower. Please refer to the attached photos for more details. The scope of work includes identifying the source of the leak and repairing the area. The $100 is only a placeholder and I'm aware it may cost more. Happy to discuss on the cost to action on this task.

The tap on my kitchen sink isn’t working as it should. I can open/close the water flow and change the temperature. But the tap itself is loose from where it’s fixed to the sink.
