Replace bathroom tap with a problematic screw. I need a bathroom basin tap replaced. I already have the new tap but the existing one is difficult to remove as there is a seized and threaded screw holding it in place underneath the basin and it is very difficult to access. It will probably require a reverse drill bit or possibly a dremel to cut into the head of the screw to enable removal with a flat headed screwdriver.

I just need the water tank overflow connected to the storm water pipe (located conveniently next to it). I have dug the hole, exposed the storm water pipe (and maybe slightly damaged it in the process, but it had to be cut anyway). Simple job connecting the pipes.

Water is leaking from the outside water main. Council have advised that the issue is on the property side and has something to do with a Nipple/Valve.

I have 3 plumbing tasks: 1. Set up the outdoor pump for our rainwater tank, as it is currently dismantled. 2. Fix a leak in the vanity sink in the living room bathroom. 3. Install a bidet in the upstairs toilet.

Toiled flush causes foghorns sound. This happens to only 1 toiled upstairs (the second one also upstairs works just fine) and can be worked around by opening any tap (shower or sink) and gently and slowly closing it. I feel the toilet fill valve worn out and needs to be replaced.

We need three taps to be replaced (one in each bathroom). We will purchase the taps but old ones will need to be removed and new ones fitted. We also need a new sewer cap with concrete surround fitted in the garden (see photo). Flexible on dates. Cheers Emma
