Mixer tap repair as leak in bathroom _washer replacement and valve and connection replacement in main lines photo attached

Mixer tap leaks from an internal connection when tap is turned on. I'm able to isolate the cold water just upstream of the leak though unsure on location of hot water isolation valve so haven't been able to investigate leak source further.

Current shower tap arrangement consist of the standard 1 x hot & 1 cold taps. Looking to remove & install 2 x shower mixer taps (main bathroom is twin shower). Work will also require the removal & replacement of shower tiles.

Leaking water from showerheads (2x)

Need to fix two leaking shower and tub taps .

Leaking shower appears that hot water is continuing to come up to shower head from tap which is not fully closing. Constant drip.

The shower has been leaking for days now.

Both showers in two bathrooms are leaking.

Shower leaking badly, have turned off very tight still leaking. Now water taking forever to come through pipes.

Need a plumber to change spa bath spout (already purchased see pics) Bath and basin taps drip unless turned off really hard so they probably require new washers. Housemate tried to replace bathroom basin taps with laundry taps to solve problem but has just made the laundry taps inoperable. Need them swapped back as they were fine before that. Toilet cistern recently started to make a hissing noise and takes longer to fill up. Flush is weaker which made toilet block but was unblocked with a plunger. Probably needs a new inlet valve. Everything is Caroma.

Blocked toilet to be fixed today

Some water leakage after each flush at the bottom of the toilet.

There is a leaking part in the flush mechanism which appears to need replacement.

Currently I live in an old fibro home on stumps and the toilet blocks and bubbles and comes out of the outside overflow pipe vent.
