I have a real estate agent who has given me a quote from our tenant for a blocked drain from their own workman. “We don't use the bath much if at all in the last 12 months however due tot he cyclone we did and when the water was let out the drain in the bathroom filled up and all of the water flooded the bathroom. Please investigate” (from the tenant) But they are asking me to repair many things and I don’t trust them anymore as the costs are adding up. I need someone I can trust who I can use for future matters. I need someoen who will not listen to the tenant and give me a very cost effective quote. I also need a quote to be given for this that was also done without my consent by the agent: “Investigate water issues on site, water pressure and flow very low. Dug up water meter and replace pressure reduction valve at water meter. Retest water flow and pressure ok. Main sewer inspection opening does not have cover, broken off. Order i/o for replacement. Dig up sewer connection, install I/o below ground.” Please let me know how much a blocked drain in the bathroom will cost to fix and how much it would be to replace pressure reduction value? Your assistance would be much appreciated.

When switched on , the dishwasher is showing an error- F12. I can see water in the bottom of the washer. So possible a blockage

I’m needing urgent help with pool water leaking. For some reason the pool water has started lowering since this morning and the water has been depositing next to the lawn which I have shown in the pictures.
