My shower tap need replacement

My husband and I are looking to renovate areas of our home and are struggling to determine proper layouts due to windows. It would assist us if an architect could draft up a layout of these areas for us in the most cost effective way. Our wants are as follows: Ensuite • Double vanity • Double Shower Kitchen • Butlers pantry which has the sink, dishwasher and fridge in this area with plenty of storage • Big Island bench Landry • Main toilet moved to be accessed from the laundry • Bigger space for the laundry with lots of storage Main Bathroom • Basically same layout but moved down to accommodate space for the laundry and toilet that will be access through the laundry Study • Create a small study room without taking away space from the main living area We'd also like to create an entry point from the garage into the house.

Hi there, we have a blocked stormwater pipe in the front yard (its blocked by tree roots). I had the pipes inspected with cameras and there is a 4m blockage (straight line, not under concrete). They marked where it's blocked with paint (4m line) The pipe is around 900mm deep, and for 4m length. I need someone to dig this up so then we can repair the stormwater pipe. (You don't need to repair the pipe, i just need you to dig it). It needs to be dug properly and a little under the pipe so we can change it. Also you need to be careful when getting close to the pipe as we don't want to damage it (its likely only be cracked in one small spot, the entire 4m doesn't need to be replaced. We just don't know where the crack is that's why we need to dig it all). Located in roxburgh park

Wayer is running from shower as washer has eroded in the tap. Opened the tap but Need tool to reach inside and open the shank to replace washer. Person need to provide labour and material as property is tenanted.

My bathroom sink cracked and I bought the replacement sink for a friend to fit but he can no longer help me. He reckoned it was a simple job of removing the broken sink and placing the new one on the cabinet, securing with silicone. Two hours work maximum

My kitchen sink keeps getting blocked, when i use the plunger it clears up but gets blocked again in few days.

The toilet seat of our powder room is wobbly and the caps need to be tightened up to fix it. Toilet seat is perfectly ok, only the caps and screws need to be worked upon.

I require a cistern cock to be replaced (new parts supplied) for the fridge plumbing. Also need to check if the tube for the fridge is secured to the fridge properly. I also need to find out if there is a water supply to the dishwasher as I can’t see much. If there’s not I would like to have a quote to install one. I also have a water tank in the side yard that I would like to know the function of. Just moved into the property recently
