Need to get my tap fixed. Leaking water.

Cabinetry bellow kitchen benchtop to be modified as required to fit in a dishwasher

Had a pinhole leak in the water supply pipe, a couple of meters from the meter. Tree roots bent the pipe and caused the leak. Need the pipe cut and a new section soldered in. Must be registered plumber.

There is a like in bathroom vanity coming from the sink. It's a slow leak. Need someone to check Friday morning and find the issue.

Newly built property. The contracting building company is not responding to the claim. 2 of 3 toilets are blocked. Problem is in one of the main drains outside. The drain is flooding into the garden. I called a plumber 2 weeks ago and he wasn't able to unblock it (appears inexperienced). He said to contact the builders. Need this to be addressed asap

I can smell the gas leak inside the cabinet as shown in attached photo.

Remove the old caulk seal. Then reseal with new caulk. Base is 1mtr at each side. Shower hasn't been used for a couple of weeks, so dry and propped.

I have a Fisher & Paykel RF610ADUB5 fridge, with in-built ice maker / water - plumbed. The ice maker stopped working, the ice water works fine. Looking for someone to inspect/fix the ice maker.

Need a plumber to conect tap to sink, i supliy the tap , to put silicon under and around the sink. To conect hot and cold water from the wall , see pictures. Also to conect the return pipe, which need to cut a hole on the cabinet. See pictures of cabinet and the water conection from wall and sink . After connecting everything need to put cabinet against the wall and put silicon all around.

Looking for a plumber to replace the pressure limiting Valve as the pressure is too low and the valve seems very old. That's the quote and rest pay in person for supply and install.

I am after someone who knows what they are doing to select a shower head and install it into my shower. At the moment I have an 'environmentally- friendly' shower head and it has no water pressure and is a nightmare/awful. It takes 10 mins longer to actually shower than with a proper flowing shower head. You would need to also purchase the shower head, as i dont know what to buy'(up to $50). Attached is a picture of what I currently have installed. The price listed includes the shower head and going to purchase this.
