Bought a new fridge. Need it connected to tap behind fridge

Need to change kitchen tap, will provide the changing material.

Household handyman tasks: 1. Connect fridge to water main. Will require breaking through to outside wall and recement / replaster excess space. 2. Remove old and Install Kitchen sink + Mixer & seal surrounding wall lining to prevent water damage. Will have to cut hole for mixer, marking available. Dimensions are nearly accurate but cater for minor amendments underside sink. 3. Remove old and Install Gas cooktop - dimensions nearly accurate. Seal any excess space. 4. Remove old toilets x 2 and Install new back to wall s trap toilets + bidet x 2 (one of them to setup for hot+cold water) 5. Fix leaking taps / control flow taps x 2-6 possible taps to be checked and rectified if necessary. 6. Enlarge laundry room water inlet/outlet pipe holes and extension cable route for washer + dryer. 7. Clean up and remove old appliances and toilets.

Need refitting of new toilet seat. Old one is P trap type and purchased new P trap type. Need old one to be removed and get new one installed

A damaged pipe buried in the ground. The damage caused by digging during a tree planting activity. The pipe is visibly cracked, with a small portion of its surface broken, exposing the inner section. A small replacement of the pipe to this location is required. The hole is around 5x5cm big.

Inside downstairs toilet door not closing properly. Looks like just needs to be realigned. Should be easy fix

My kitchen sink keeps getting blocked, when i use the plunger it clears up but gets blocked again in few days.

The toilet seat of our powder room is wobbly and the caps need to be tightened up to fix it. Toilet seat is perfectly ok, only the caps and screws need to be worked upon.

I require a cistern cock to be replaced (new parts supplied) for the fridge plumbing. Also need to check if the tube for the fridge is secured to the fridge properly. I also need to find out if there is a water supply to the dishwasher as I can’t see much. If there’s not I would like to have a quote to install one. I also have a water tank in the side yard that I would like to know the function of. Just moved into the property recently

Two toilets continue to run and water bill is excessive

Had a pinhole leak in the water supply pipe, a couple of meters from the meter. Tree roots bent the pipe and caused the leak. Need the pipe cut and a new section soldered in. Must be registered plumber.

Newly built property. The contracting building company is not responding to the claim. 2 of 3 toilets are blocked. Problem is in one of the main drains outside. The drain is flooding into the garden. I called a plumber 2 weeks ago and he wasn't able to unblock it (appears inexperienced). He said to contact the builders. Need this to be addressed asap

Remove the old caulk seal. Then reseal with new caulk. Base is 1mtr at each side. Shower hasn't been used for a couple of weeks, so dry and propped.

Need a plumber to conect tap to sink, i supliy the tap , to put silicon under and around the sink. To conect hot and cold water from the wall , see pictures. Also to conect the return pipe, which need to cut a hole on the cabinet. See pictures of cabinet and the water conection from wall and sink . After connecting everything need to put cabinet against the wall and put silicon all around.

Fix garden pipe all dug out just need fittings 1/2 inch
