Shower Tap Dripping - Replaced the washers - Still leaking - Looked at the seating face - Needs re-seating.

We suspect that tree roots have intruded and are causing significant blockages. Stop/Slow drains and frequent sewage backups, primarily affecting the bathroom areas. Gurgling sounds and foul odors emanating from the drains. I am open to recommendations but would like to understand the pros and cons of different methods such as mechanical auger, hydro jetting, or chemical treatments. This is becoming an urgent issue as the blockages are becoming more frequent.

I have a few issues with my irrigation. I need one sprinkler replaced. One station doesn't work, so I need to have that looked at, and I need some sprayers connected to water pathway trees.

Water is leaking from tube of fridge (Ice & water dispenser). Fridge has been taken away but it’s tube is still there. Even though we have turned the tap, water is still dripping off the tube. Photos are attached. - Due date: Flexible
