Shower is dribbling and bathroom tap is dribbling. Need help to stop Location: ormond

1. Fix or Replace the kitchen mixer that is jammed and not moving between two sinks. 2. Replace washers on 2 outdoor taps that are too tight and sometimes leaking. 3. Put silicone sealant around 3 bathroom sinks and 1 kitchen sink 4. Remove a small 1 meter stretch of silicone sealant that has turned black in the kitchen/bathroom sinks and apply fresh silicone sealant near these sinks. I will pay for all the materials used for this job upon submission of the receipt.

Seat keeps falling down, both outside and inside seats. Bit of silicone on each side came out (in photo) and these are the screws that are used (in pic)

Replace Kitchen Tap Mixer hoses See photos of my Kitchen tap. Corrosion has caused a small hole they need to be replaced. I have already purchased the mixer hoses from Bunnings. I have started doing the job already and have loosened the tap and disconnected some mixers from one side. I imagine a fairly simple job for plumber/handy man but will need tools to be able to connect mixer hoses to the tap despite the small / tight spaces. You will also need to be able to tighten the tap back. Ideally would be able to complete in the next day or few days (available any time AM, PM). Location: Ormond / McKinnon area

My hot water geyser isn't working. I had confirmed it by provider, he told that it's all good, just the PILOT BUTTON needs to be turned on :)
