Loss of water pressure and hot water in shower only

Leaky pipe between water meter and property.

We have a few relatively small plumbing tasks - Change over 3 x wastes in sinks for new ones Replace two basin taps Replace wall fitting on shower head for a neater one As a bonus task, if the handheld shower rail could be removed and holes filled this would be great (but not critical) Job is in Ormond

Seat keeps falling down, both outside and inside seats. Bit of silicone on each side came out (in photo) and these are the screws that are used (in pic)

Hot water service is causing the safety switch to trip. Unit is relatively new. No signs of leaks. Keen to get this looked at today if possible

Replace Kitchen Tap Mixer hoses See photos of my Kitchen tap. Corrosion has caused a small hole they need to be replaced. I have already purchased the mixer hoses from Bunnings. I have started doing the job already and have loosened the tap and disconnected some mixers from one side. I imagine a fairly simple job for plumber/handy man but will need tools to be able to connect mixer hoses to the tap despite the small / tight spaces. You will also need to be able to tighten the tap back. Ideally would be able to complete in the next day or few days (available any time AM, PM). Location: Ormond / McKinnon area

We are hearing gurgling noises at night in toilet and kitchen sink. Slow water draining in shower. Have cleaned up hairs etc. already. There is also bad gas smell sometimes. Seems sewer went is blocked and needs cleaning.

My shower base is cracked. I would like to have a quote to change it to a bath tub.

Water not stop running, probably need a new washer. Toilet not stop pumping water.

Toilet seat needs to be fixed. Flush leakage needs to be fixed. Sink gets clogged

My hot water geyser isn't working. I had confirmed it by provider, he told that it's all good, just the PILOT BUTTON needs to be turned on :)

I had a slightly blocked toilet and I plunged it and it started leaking from the bottom and water coming out of the shower. Need to get the block unblocked and the leak fixed.

I have bought new mixer taps for our bathroom and kitchen basins. Needing old ones removed and new ones installed. Sooner the better

Pipe beneath bathroom sink is leaking from the trap. Have taken trap off and cleaned it out and re fastened but continues to leak

Urgently need a x1 toilet unblocked. Don’t know how it is blocked but it is brand new. Need someone today asap!

Sorry don't have a photo. Took pipes under sink apart to unclog them and one won't screw back in fully and is leaking a little bit. Might need new pipe parts, unsure. Need someone to fix this before Friday.
