Two jobs: 1. Shower taps screaming when turned on, require multiple terms to reach required pressure and drip when turned off. Not sure if tap stems need to be replaced or just a good service. 2. Bathroom sink leaks from where S trap screws into wall outlet. Been siliconed multiple times but still drips. Sink also drains very slowly like its blocked but S trap and pipes have been taken apart and cleaned.

Clean and re-seal between shower base and acrylic shower wall panels for 2 bathrooms where mould apears to be building up and also try fix unstable hot water flow for upstairs bathroom only so ideally someone who knows something about Rinnai infinity instant hot water units which may require a new temp control panel as the one in photo does not power on. Obviously in this case extra cost will apply if replacement is required

Need to remove the current basin, and replace with a new one. new Basin, mixer and waste are all ready
