Fridge needs seal to be replaced

There's a leakage under the kitchen sink, slow droplets of water. Looks like the silicon has worn off and water is dropping from the joints. The drain looks fine.

Fridge jammed into nook so the pannel on the right of fidge needs to be taken out so the fridge can then be removed.

We bought a new fridge (LG GF-V700BSLC) which needs to be connected to the water tap behind it. A water supply is already present, so presumably an easy job. Note that the connector supplied with the fridge is larger than the tap on the wall.

The gas hot water release valve is constantly leaking water. Constant stream of water droplets. I have tried release it but it continues to drip. Looks like it might have to be replaced, maybe the water pressure could be high too.

Install toilet and hand wash

The pipe connected with toilet seat and goes inside wall, has crack. Pls refer photo.

Cut and divert existing pipes in cafe kitchen from existing undersink grease raider. Have a look at photos below for better idea. Would like a diverter switch installed to the pipes. Will pay additional for parts.

Few plumbing repairs required, I will consider all quotes & happy for plumber to come have a look & quote. - Water passing from internal wall toilet cistern. - Re- Connect laundry drainage to waste pipe. - inspect dishwasher waste. - inspect bathroom for water damage.

There is a small toilet block with 2 stalls and a urinal that is shared between 3 small shops. Its in rough condition as it's not been owned or maintained by anyone for a long time. There is a few issues I'd like to get some help with: - urinal is blocked (tried various times to plunger it and that helps as a very temporary fix) - one of the out pipes of one of the toilets leaks heavily - one of the pipes next to the sink leaks a little as well. - separately in the shop there is a single copper pipe under the sink that leads into the sink faucet I would like to get a T put into the pipe so that we can connect a washing machine or something and upgrade the sink tap later. I would like to get these done soon or even today if possible.

Replace shower with new twin shower Mondella Chrome Overture Twin Shower WELS 3 Star 8L/min (pics 4, 4a) 5. Fix shower handle with grub screw, it is missing now (pics 5, 5a) Happy to get advise on new supplies, all available and needs to be picked from bunnings.

Install hand spray bidet kit in two toilets. Kit will be provided and shown in photos. Replace a new kitchen sink tap. Tap will be provided.

The water waste pipe underneath my basin in bathroom needs replacing

Task: Install a T join from the water mains before the pressure reduction valve. Previously had no PRV (older house) and had setup automatic watering system using that pressure. Had bathroom reno done and had to get the PRV installed, now my irrigation system has much lower pressure resulting in poor performance. What I would like to do, is install a T join before the PRV to feed into master solenoid valve for the irrigation system. This pipe work is all external to the house. All water within the dwelling would still run thru the PRV. Question: Is this possible?
