Water tank needs to be raised off the ground and placed onto besser blocks so that water can flow freely beneath the tank. Two pipes will need to be cut and rejoined once the tank is lifted onto blocks.

Disconnect water from two sinks

Install new InSinkerator 46. You do not need to supply the product, only fit. The old one has died and so this is a replacement fitting into the same space.

Water tank to be removed and dumped or may be able to be repaired - small leak through a seam at the base. Tank is 2.5m long x 2.0m high and .70 deep. Access is down the side of the house which was used when tank was installed. Price includes dump fees if applicable. Please note if removed whole the tank needs to be lifted to the height of the wall next to it to enable walking it down the side of the house. Otherwise it can be broken up ( chainsaw ??) where it is .

I have a couple of pipes sticking out from the floor and need the removed or relocated for cafe paddington

1)Install a new kitchen tap 2)Install a new filter cartridge (attached to kitchen tap) 3)Secure our new shower head (might just need some plumber's tape and a strong wrench) 4)Tighten up our toilet seat (it's just a bit wonky - probably a screw or two need tightening) 5)Check/give us some advice regarding our water off-valve - even when fully tightened, some water still gets through!
