I'm having an issue with my toilet in my first floor unit investment property it is clogged. When the water level in the tank rises, it causes backflow into the middle drainage pit, flooding the floor. I’ve recorded two video https://photos.app.goo.gl/tyGknrRS8NT64M538 to show the problem: In the first video, when I use a plunger on the toilet, you can see that the water from the middle drainage pit backs up and floods the floor. The second video shows that flushing the bathtub and sink doesn’t affect the backflow issue in the middle drainage pit. I tried snake the middle drain and put mo flo in the middle drain but it still doesn't work… what you would do when you arrive How much you would charge The site location is in Parkside South Australia

I have a dual shower head which normally switches between an overhead waterfall shower head and a hand held shower head. The connecting Button you press to switch between the two Heads, has become stuck and does not press. We believe the washer or seal inside has gone. After my plumber completely ghosted me, I’m so upset and needing to find a plumber. Description of job: • Fit two brand new basins against a wall that has wastage pipes and other water line • There is no hot water connected, so will need a 25L HWU • Will supply a 900mm cabinet for the HWU to sit in, would like another water line to be installed for a hand basin with a filtered tap connected for drinking water I can supply the HWU, tap, filtration unit, cabinet etc but need a plumber to do the work.

The taps connecting my washing machine to the water is leaking profusely. I got a plumber from PuraTap to look at it and he thinks it’s just replacing some (possibly) O rings but recommended that I not try to do it myself.
