Seem like the bathroom leaked to the Kitchen down stair need someone to inspect and maybe capable of repair the bathroom? I cut the hole to have a look but could not found any.

I'd like to change my traditional shower set up (2 separate hot and cold tap) to mixer tap without breaking tiles, wall or changing internal plumbing (pic 1). I think I will get this mixer tap from Grohe with an external outlet and then will connect my shower head to the outlet(pic 2). Please note The space between the 2 taps is about 200mm, whereas the space required for the Grohe mixer is 150 +-15mm. Grohe's thread is G1/2.
