I need the silicon removed and re-done between the floor and wall tiles in the shower in my main bathroom. It is a very small job. There are two sections to be done, one is 900mm long and the other is 1000mm long. I also wanted to see if underneath my hand basin and free standing bath can be sealed around the plug hole.

I'd like to change my traditional shower set up (2 separate hot and cold tap) to mixer tap without breaking tiles, wall or changing internal plumbing (pic 1). I think I will get this mixer tap from Grohe with an external outlet and then will connect my shower head to the outlet(pic 2). Please note The space between the 2 taps is about 200mm, whereas the space required for the Grohe mixer is 150 +-15mm. Grohe's thread is G1/2.
