I need 2 basic taps replaced in an en-suite shower. Was going to do it myself but not confident enough. I have the taps.

I have 2 outdoor taps attached to my brick garage wall, the pipes need replacing as well as the taps. The pipes are exposed and easy to access. One cold water and one hot water.

There is a leak in connector hose on the solar hot water system.

The dishwasher is unable to drain water, and leaks after usage. The machine beeps and flashes red light on until the water is manually drained

Replacement of plan collar rubber on toilet due to leak. Available evening on Tuesday 10th (after 7pm) and afternoon on Wednesday 11th (before 6pm). Otherwise Saturday 14th (early morning).

One of the pipes on our aircon has come loose and needs reattaching. We can't use it properly at the moment which is not ideal.

I had a sewer pipe (with a tree root intrusion) overflow from a shared townhouse driveway, and the water came up through my downstairs shower. (I am the first and lowest townhouse). The pipe is getting fixed separately with the other property owners, but I’m looking for an ORG to be installed on my property to prevent future floods inside my house. Specifically the job to be done is: - excavate next to hot water unit to locate existing sewer - Cut branch into it - Supply and install ORG - Back fill and take away rubbish from site - Supply certificate of compliance per VBA Images are: original report from insurance.
