I need to replace the plumbing fixture on the wall that the toilet hose attaches to. I want it to switch from a single output (toilet) to a double outlet (one to toilet and one to a garden hose). I believe I have all the needed pieces (photos attached), just need someone to install it on the wall for me and remove the old one. Please review the items/sizes before visiting, to make sure that we have everything that you need. Thank you!

The toilet seat has come loosened come off all of the pieces are there. The screws, etc. Not obvious apparently they’re inside the ceramic somehow I don’t know. My friend fixed her exactly the same as her House, but she’s overseas at the moment so I can’t get her to do it . I think I probably need a plumber, even though it might be more simple than that . Please let me know .

Bosch 26E is leaking. Hot water turns off. If I turn the unit off and back on, hot water turns back on.

We need someone to install this new shower head. It involves removing the old shower head and installing the new one. It involves drilling into tiles. You would need to bring all tools needed to complete the job.

Toilet is leaking (see photo) - Due date: Flexible

I need a plumber to fix my bathroom sink pipe. I disconnected it to unclog it and now when I have re-connected it it leaks at the top (silver part). I have put threading tape around the white part of pipe and it’s not the issue - it is further up (silver part) that is leaking. I have also tightened it and it is still leaking.

To change existing hot and cold faucets/taps on our bathroom basin. I have already purchased a similar model I tried to replace it myself , the taps are old and I am missing a few tools .the current taps have started leaking photos attached to provide more details
