Blocked kitchen drain. It eventually drains slowly, but after using the tap for awhile, it filled the sink and stays blocked for awhile. A new U pipe was installed about 3 weeks ago. I think the issue is further down the sink. I’ve already paid someone to come out- he plunged it and said it was all fixed and going through. Unfortunately the issue occurred the next day again (the original tasker never returned.

Bought a new washing machine however need a plumber to install it. It needs to be fitted under a kitchen sink where currently only has one water outlet.

Hot water tap in shower just spins and can't turn on hot water

Ground floor apartment - on hot days there is a bad smell that comes from all of the drains in our bathroom, including shower, floor drain, and laundry sink. Unsure what is causing it. Would love to find a solution and have it remedied

Real estate keeps sending the same plumber to fix the toilet but he can't properly install the flush and neither can I. Please come through and plug me in mate

Old Post Expired - Job now ready Install hot and cold water faucets for small sink. Plumb a drainage pipe that connects back to sewer. Connect/Install new toilet and hook up new tap. Floor and walls are solid concrete, hence new waste pipe for sink will need to run to the toilet sewer outlet, running along side wall as per yellow line. Old toilet has already been removed.

Add a down pipe to existing gutter (need to cut and fit) Drop into a rainwater tank No more than a 2m drop PVC pipe OK

We currently have a sink with two circular basins and want to replace with a large single rectangular sink and install a new tap Have yet to buy the replacement sink, but would like some advice on which one to order.
