Ground floor apartment - on hot days there is a bad smell that comes from all of the drains in our bathroom, including shower, floor drain, and laundry sink. Unsure what is causing it. Would love to find a solution and have it remedied

Old Post Expired - Job now ready Install hot and cold water faucets for small sink. Plumb a drainage pipe that connects back to sewer. Connect/Install new toilet and hook up new tap. Floor and walls are solid concrete, hence new waste pipe for sink will need to run to the toilet sewer outlet, running along side wall as per yellow line. Old toilet has already been removed.

I have a kitchen that has been converted to allow for a dishwasher to be installed. So i removed the old drawers. I need a plumber to change install the provisions, change the water supply as it is directly next to the sink. I also need to install drainage provisions back to the sink trap. Again this should be an easy job, the dishwasher is going directly next to the sink.
