Leaking tap in shower/bath that continually leaks water

Tried to install a new sink trap (as we need the dual waste point for dishwasher and washing machine) but all my connections leaked. Old apartment bloke that has copper pipe work as seen in photo and the two bends are slightly different sizes so I think all the connections were under too much pressure ?

I need a ispring filter water system installed under sink , I think it’s US fittings so adapter may be needed to connect pipe/ joins

I have a Zip Hydrotap and G4 command unit. I’ve basically installed it and connected it all but there is a drip coming from the mains outlet and want it properly installed. Turns out I’m not the handyman I thought I was. Preferably after someone with experience with these units

Outside his pipe tap is noisy. Probably needs the washer changed. Once done re-attach the Orbit 2 timer. ( it works fine I just took it off to test for the noise)

Remove old basin and replace new one which i will supply
