Having roaches and gnats come up my bathroom drains every night and have tried all home remedies. Last week I paid a plumber here to clean both drains and install a grate seal one way valve on the main drain but I still saw a roach coming up that night and another one dead. Need to replace sink mixer

Toilet seat fixture has come loose. Toilet seat held in place by two metal hinges on discs- image right disc has lost its fixing (glue?) to the ceramic surface. Toilet manufacture is Parisi.
