Need to replace sink mixer

Toilet seat fixture has come loose. Toilet seat held in place by two metal hinges on discs- image right disc has lost its fixing (glue?) to the ceramic surface. Toilet manufacture is Parisi.

Need to replace a bulb using a ladder and replace a shower head.
