One of reticulation pipes in my front grarden seems broken and now water is coming out from ground. Plus, some reticulation stick isn't working properly and only little water is coming out.

I need to install a bidet spay for my 2 washrooms. I have to install it at two washrooms. The bidet is available with me. The inlet to the flush is concealed (cock valve directly inside the flush tank) and hence I assume cannot be used for the connection.
