Replace 2 plastic toilet cisterns with ceramic ones

Posting on behalf of my dad: kitchen sink seems to be blocked.

Need plumbing assistance to fix or replace toilet cistern. The issue is that the water is not filling the toilet.

We need a down pipe fitted for overflow of water on drain outside. Drain is on floor but require someone adding a down pip to ensure water is drained.

Hose from washing machine to be connected to sink outlet. The previous one disconnected and needs to be re-attached

regrouting shower 1mx2mx1.5 high and replacing the silicone around sink.

Toilet is not flushing. The mechanism is not working. The push buttons are cot connecting to the mechanism in the tank. Also we have a shower that is leaking.

Water at bottom of inside of fridge but otherwise fridge is operating fine
