I have two toilets with concealed flush mechanisms. Both shows a bit of continuous leaking, non-stop! I guess it might be because of worn rubber ring or scales build up of the flush mechanism. I am not familiar with the concealed toilet so need help from someone experienced on this type of toilet. The offer should cover both toilets.

I just moved to a new apartment. The movers did not install the washing machine properly and it leaks from the back. The tube is also too large so the machine juts out from the wall. Can this be changed? Also, the plumbing seems to be a bit messy, whoever lived here before me did some duct tape DIY. So, might need a fix. Honestly it doesn’t need to be a permanent fix as the laundry is getting a full renovation in July, but I need the washing machine working asap. Am free Wed or Thurs evenings and any time Friday morning or afternoon.
