Find an experienced plumber in Rosebery NSW

I unattached my washing machine today and the 2 taps have been leaking since. 1 in particular is quite a lot. Looking to fix asap instead of waiting for real estate next week to get to it. I imagine they need new washers, and that it won’t take long to fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you :)

1. Bathroom tap mixer leaking, needs replacing. I have a new mixer ready. 2. Shower head leaking from base, likely needs a new washer.

Live in owned apartment. Kitchen tap has poor/slow water flow/pressure and poor hot water temperature. Cold water flow slightly better than hot water (see photos). The slow water flow / pressure is making doing dishes difficult.

My tap is loose and after trying to tighten it myself to no avail, I need help with that! Quick and easy job for someone that knows what they’re doing!

I have two toilets with concealed flush mechanisms. Both shows a bit of continuous leaking, non-stop! I guess it might be because of worn rubber ring or scales build up of the flush mechanism. I am not familiar with the concealed toilet so need help from someone experienced on this type of toilet. The offer should cover both toilets.

Two toilets both running with a slow trickle. I expect it's a flush valve seal to be replaced or might need to replace the whole mechanism.

I need to install taps in my laundry room so the tap can accomodate garden hose and normal usage. I have included a screen shot (Shaw & Mason Chrome Bath Spout With Diverter) which i think may be suitable for my case but i am not sure, so please advise if this is right? If this is what i need, i will purchase the item myself. Also at the same time, please help me change the wall mount taps (wall mount taps supplied)
