Purchased a fridge that requires plumbing for water dispenser

Moved into a new apartment block. I have an LG fridge that requires plumbing, however there is no tap present in the fridge hole so I think we need water run from somewhere. This a bathroom and a sink quite close.

It seems the dishwasher is not draining properly, and the filter may be blocked.

I have a kitchen tap that is running slow. Unlike other taps in the unit. So there is something stopping the flow. I also have a drain in the balcony that needs unplugging.

Kitchen sink fills up with water when tap is running for a little while / when dishwasher is used. Unblocking is needed.

My kitchen sink drain is clogged, and the water flows very slowly. Two months ago, I had a repairman come to clear the blockage up to about 5 meters, which improved the situation. However, it's clogged again recently, and the issue might be further down the drain, beyond 5 meters. I need a professional to come for repairs, and they may need to bring a power drill.

Heavily blocked kitchen sink. I have made multiple different attempts to unblock (Draino, took apart pipes) with no result.

I need a bottom cistern connection and backflow installed as inlet is located inside cistern. As pictured the only parts I have is two hoses, a T piece and filter. Will require the parts for the bottom cistern connection, backflow connection and an extra length of hose as I don't think one will be long enough ( one is 20cm)

I unattached my washing machine today and the 2 taps have been leaking since. 1 in particular is quite a lot. Looking to fix asap instead of waiting for real estate next week to get to it. I imagine they need new washers, and that it won’t take long to fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you :)

Live in owned apartment. Kitchen tap has poor/slow water flow/pressure and poor hot water temperature. Cold water flow slightly better than hot water (see photos). The slow water flow / pressure is making doing dishes difficult.
