Licensed plumbers preferred We want to replace our current old toilets with new "Caroma Luna WELS 4 Star 4.5 L/full Cleanflush Toilet Suite" from bunnings. Our existing toilet is not back to wall, but the new one is. We have skirting tiles at the back of the current toilet that we'd like cut to the perfect size to allow the new toilet to slide back against the wall while maintaining the skirting either side. Then obviously would like these sealed. Please check images After we confirm the job we will go purchase the toilets. All other materials/tools/cleanup and disposal of both toilets to be done and quoted by you. Please include any flexible hoses, new isolation taps and cover plates. I am confident that the measurements for the drain hole line up as the caroma toilet seems to be 60-205mm, off the wall our old toilets are 150 and 170mm x2 - -Before new toilet is installed, cut tiles required to make toilet fit. -Mark out tiles ready for removal. -Cut tiles. -Remove section of tiles. -Removal of the existing cistern and pan. -Installation of new toilet suite. -Replace the isolation tap. -Connect the new toilet to the water and waste connections. -Replace flexible hose. -Test and commission. -Seal the base of the toilet. -Clean up and remove rubbish from the site.

An external downpipe leading to storm drains is blocked; I need it cleared out and set back up properly.
