Bathroom tap keeps dropping water drop by drop when fully turned off. Needs fix

If possible I need this done tonight, early tomorrow morning preferably, otherwise any time tomorrow (Friday). Believe it’s just the pipe in the roof needing to be terminated and a cap on the waste. Just need the water coming in capped off to this toilet area.

Two jobs - Cistern to be replaced with already purchased cistern. And install piping from kitchen plumbing through a brick wall for an outside shower.

Installing a new en-suite bathroom to a bedroom and will need the fist fix plumbing installed i.e. connected to sewer and mains. Bathroom will have 3 risers one for toilet, vanity and shower. Main sewer runs out to street and should not be hard to connect. Licensed plumbers only. See photos attached.

Leak in laundry wall. Possible mold. Need leak fixed asap as it may be causing water damage to outside concrete.

Irrigation station waters one area too much and the other not enough. Need to split the station into two and replace heads to spray more water

Our Raymor Toilet is continually running and the flow of water into the cistern does not stop leading to water going down overflow drain. I belive there may be a problem with the infill valve or float. It may need replacing. I think a handyman could fix this and doesnt need a plumber as water is already connected and can be turned off by tap next to the toilet

My Kitchen taps leak. The washers have been replaced and they still leak! These taps are 50+ years old and are original to the house build... are they worn out and in need of replacing? Can you check them out and advise me, quote for a repair/replace as needed?
