One outside Tap is leaking as the lead pipe has been bent over

Replace missing pipe and attach to gutter pipe and remaining pipe.

The tenant has reported to us there was a leak, so an inspection by a plumber was conducted, and provided the following remarks: Upon inspection we found lifting sealants, floor & walls separation, wall & wall separation, deteriorated grout within the floor, missing grout around waste / drain section, gap inside waste, where it meets the pipe, we suspect there will be gaps or missing grout below the shower screen, gaps between screen, shower screen track fills up with water, leaking from corner of screen, overall the above listed issues are allowing water to penetrate below the surface of the tiles, as there is moisture outside the shower area we can presume that the waterproofing membrane beneath the tiles has failed. Photos are attached for reference, requesting a quote from qualified tradies. Thank you! Can arrange inspection with property manager if needed.

My toilet seat was replaced about a year ago. It’s in good condition, but it is constantly coming loose. I need someone with relevant experience to diagnose the problem and either a) supply and install a new toilet seat that stays tight & does not come loose or b) diagnose & permanently fix the issue that is causing the current toilet seat to keep getting loose. The offer includes labor, supply of a new toilet seat if necessary, any other required supplies, and all related travel time.

I am looking for a plumber to reconnect the piping under the sink which has disconnected from the plug hole. Also to fix the tap which ain't fixed in place properly.

Water drainage grate pipe easy access as seen in pic was blocked with some roots been jetted so only needs camera sent down to see which bush has cracked through pipes , should be 5 to 15 min work as pipes been cleared etc

I have water tap problems for basin and washing machine. Photo attached 1 Basin taps spindles is rusted out. The cold tap stops turning halfway upon opening. The hot tap is seeping out water when using. Both taps need replacement. 2. Washing machine taps are leaking water badly when it is turned on. Both taps need replacement. the washing machines is not used to avoid flooding in the laundry.

We had a blocked rain cleared out and there is now sewage overflow on my footpath next to my outside laundry I have a medically complex child and I’m not able to clean this myself I don’t own a high pressure hose

Currently the left tap is so stiff we don't use it and the right tap leaks from base/cover flange. Figured it'd be easier to replace the taps rather than fix them. Spindles to be serviced plus new lever basin top assembly taps from Bunnings to be installed, tested and working properly. Sink is sealed on bench and so access under the sink may be limited. I've attached a photo taken from in the cupboard below.
