Need to remove the pillar tap and close the holes and put a mixer tap in the kitchen sink

I was going to attempt this myself but I am all fingers and thumbs, and the nut to disconnect mixer underneath is in a tight space. So thought I would post the job. Right person with right tools will obviously get this done pretty quickly.

There is a water leak coming from under the shower glass. I need it investigated and for a quote to fix it.

My shower head is leaking, and need someone to fix or replace the washer/seal. The issue seems to be minor as the leak is coming from the shower head only, not the pipes. Looking for a reliable handyman or plumber to get this sorted.

Need some help with shower base drain leak. It’s town house so need some help with replacing plaster board downstairs as well.

I need someone to fix a shower cartridge in my rental property in Oakleigh South. I don't have a photo unfortunately but it is one of those push pull ones with left/right cold/hot water taps

Shower leak needs a fix in the bathroom

We have a small leak on the corner of our shower, it appears that the silicone might be worn out but I’m just sure I’ve tried re siliconing it but it hasn’t worked and started leaking after a few days Also need a bathroom door deal to be installed as water leaks from there too

The toilet are leaking at the big pipe connecting to the pipe heading outward .small drips are accumulating and deatroying the wooden floor. And the toilet door is the old school style sliding door with simple roller at the top. It suddenly went out of rail and cant be put back. Need a handyman for these jobs please to be done together.
