The toilet keeps filling with water after flushing. After the float lifts up due to toilet being full, it should stop filling, however it continues to fill with water and never stops. I suspect there is just something wrong with the fill valve, and it just needs to be replaced, however I can not remove the fill valve without taking off the entire back of the toilet, which does not seem simple to do.

Toilet flush not working

I have two bathroom Swivel Basin Mixer Taps that require replacement. One of the tap is leaking. Please supply and replace both of these taps. Photos attached.

Per pictures attached, I require the excavation of soil to locate stormwater pipes and connect existing carport downpipes to street stormwater. One side is less than a metre to storm pipe, the other side is approximately 4 metres. Pictures outline the storm pipe in blue, excavating required in red and the pipe join in purple. Tasker will need to have basic pipe connection skills and preferably a small bobcat to locate the existing stormwater pipes.

Hi, 1)installed new dishwasher but the tenants complained that the water was leaking from the drain pipe. should be just tightening the screw on the drain pipe. 2) bathroom sink water flow is less, might need to look at tap strainer. Please provide quote for the above job. Job is in kallangur.
