Fix water leaking onto ceiling in master/2nd bedroom and main entrance. Leaking Roof needs to be sealed inside or out?

My restaurant sink is completely blocked. I've already tried all the usual procedures to unblock it (like plunging and using drain cleaner), but it's still not working. I need a professional with the right tools and expertise to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Chest freezer which I've been using for ice baths has stopped freezing over. It gets cold, but water doesn't freeze. It sits outside. It worked summer 2024, then I turned off for winter 2024, then tried turning on Dec 2024 and it hasn't worked. It turns on, just doesn't freeze.

Help me to disconnect the fridge

We have 6x basins in our bathrooms and have not had them cleaned out since we moved in 1 year ago. Two are quite blocked and they all need a thorough clean as the water does not flow quickly down the drain. Also, one of the silver plugs is quite rusty and we need this completely replaced with a new one. Photo attached. We have not purchased the new plug yet- let me know if you need me to do this first or if you have one. Plug measurements: outside diameter is 2.5 inches and inside diameter is 1.5 inches

We have a leak in the wall behind the toilet which we need fixed , I’ve ripped out most of the Gyprok but it seems the pipe is at the bottom behind a small row of Tiles but still we need the leak fixed , plus we have a new toilet to replace the old one so that needs installing. Also I have a new kitchen Pull Out Tap that needs installing too. Mostly small easy jobs , Need to be Experienced and Licensed. We need a price , a good deal as It’s for my 90yr old ill Pensioner father and done ASAP. Thankyou.

My shower been dripping or more likely running I can’t get it any tight for the water to stop I got spare handle pack but not sure if this is the right one for my showers either I add few photos
