We have 6x basins in our bathrooms and have not had them cleaned out since we moved in 1 year ago. Two are quite blocked and they all need a thorough clean as the water does not flow quickly down the drain. Also, one of the silver plugs is quite rusty and we need this completely replaced with a new one. Photo attached. We have not purchased the new plug yet- let me know if you need me to do this first or if you have one. Plug measurements: outside diameter is 2.5 inches and inside diameter is 1.5 inches

Seeking licensed plumber with proper diagnostic tool to perform a leak detection on 2 bedroom unit on ground floor unit. We will liaise with unit upstairs for access to perform the test to determine if anything is leaking from unit above. Suspect slow leak from unit above from main bathroom and balcony.

Unblock toilet. Clean water but doesn't drain properly

We have a leak in the wall behind the toilet which we need fixed , I’ve ripped out most of the Gyprok but it seems the pipe is at the bottom behind a small row of Tiles but still we need the leak fixed , plus we have a new toilet to replace the old one so that needs installing. Also I have a new kitchen Pull Out Tap that needs installing too. Mostly small easy jobs , Need to be Experienced and Licensed. We need a price , a good deal as It’s for my 90yr old ill Pensioner father and done ASAP. Thankyou.

New tap installation for washing machine

Looking for a plumber to install hot water system for a shower for a house in Southport

Ariston front loader waching washing is leaking water and it appears to be coming from an internal location. Unable to find any cracks on external inlet hose or waste pipe. Separate to internal leak, the inlet hose fitting on the main water connection will need fixing as it also started to leak when we tried to diagnose the issue.

Running water coming from shower when taps turned off. Need replacement washes.

In the picture is a black pipe with a T piece. I understand it is the pipe connecting the water meter (mains) to my house. There is a T piece connection that runs off to a tap in the front yard which is leaking (slowly) I would like to fix the leak and happy to exclude the tap from the system. Would just like it to be straight through In my mind I hope it is as easy as just cutting the pipe on either side and using a joining piece!

I would like to install a new hot water tank outdoor and I think we use electricity in the house. Attached are photos of outdoor area where the paver is. The hot and cold water system is on the other side of the window. Attached also our old hot water tank indoor we are using currently.
