Change taps Have a new one from Bunnings. See photo

My old top fixing toilet seat broke off. I bought a new one from Bunnings to replace it however I cannot get the old screws out. One screw is also stripped. Need some one to help fix the new toilet seat on.

Dishwasher shows F10, won’t work, seems like not a drainage issue because the water still flows through the drain tube. Two small parts are loose, please see picture.

I need help with changing the shower head please

Currently renovating our kitchen, and the existing dishwasher location is slightly changing. To fit the dishwasher in the new location, the incoming water pipe needs to be moved slightly, so it is flush against the eall or out of the way. Should be a fairly straightforward task.

Big fridge is leaking. Temperature is absolutely fine but the leak is coming from the back/bottom of the fridge.

I need 2x wall mounted sinks replaced (the one pictured also needs the chrome trap replaced). I will supply the new sinks (Caroma Contura). I also need 3x bathroom mixer taps installed (I’ll also supply these) 2 on the new sinks, and the 3rd on an existing sink. Any questions feel free to ask.

In need of a few odd jobs around the house: - The pipe connecting the toilet to the wall drips everytime we flush. We suspect the sealant has come off. - The tap to the bathroom sink has come off. Needs to be resecured to the sink. - Our dishwasher has an error message that shows up. It doesn't drain and the water pools at the bottom. Need this done preferably on Friday May 17th from 1pm. Can be flexible with Wednesday and Thursday if needed too.

Shower in apartment has stopped working properly. The cold water tap takes about 5 mins to turn on, and the hot water has lost a lot of pressure. No idea what the problem is. All other taps in the apartment seem to be working fine.
