Replaced kitchen and dishwasher installed need plumber to connect

Take toilet seat off and replace with new toilet seat. I couldn’t find a button or screws to take the seat off. Second task it potentially plugging a small leak but this one way less important and doesn’t matter if it doesn’t get done

I need to do few things in 2 different locations: in Stanmore -need to connect water from the existing water system nearby (1 or 2m away from the vertical garden) to the vertical garden ( see photo) -install 1 extra tap and connect water fr the existing water system (in another area) to a tap to be installed.gap is around 1 or 2m away from each other. -fix 1 leaking tap. In CBD near Wynyard station - 1 leaking undersink (I guess need to taped) - 1 loose tap from Stanmore to CBD is around 6km.

1 inch diameter copper water pipe has a leak. Prior handyman fixed leak but it has since opened up again. Requesting licensed plumber to fix to avoid future reoccurrence (I.e. remove all temporary fix and replace with proper repair). See picture

I’ve got a leak in a pipe in the garden. Looks like there’s a small crack on the join. Just need the connector replaced.

Have a water pipe running along fence to back tap. Need to cut pipe and terminate so water does not flow.

I am looking for a custom cabinet to hide the exposed pipes in my bathroom. The sink measures 43cm x 49cm and it’s 93cm off the ground. I am renting so looking for something simple and affordable materials (which I’ll pay for of course, $150 is the suggested base rate) while being functional. Easy install so I can leave the bathroom in the same condition. The exposed pipe is on the right side in the corner so it seems it should be simple to do. I need a tap added in my front yard. Pipe currently comes off the meter and runs down the side of the house. There’s an existing “T” in the pipe that feeds to a garden tap on the other side of the fence. Standard garden tap need to be installed on that T. Basically just needs a cut, install and rejoin.

Leaking tap under sink (cistern / nut/ o-ring) the leak stops when I turn the tap off, I also need shower head replaced in bathroom (I will purchase the shower head, just needs to be put on)

There are 4 drains within an internal commercial space. These drains were capped at the time of a fit out and an epoxy pain was used to cover the floor. I would like to expose these drains and remove the plates.

Remove an old bathroom vanity and install a new one, including new tap and 2 xalready have. New vanity is 900mm free standing. Pics of old and new included. New vanity requires new sink plug also, would prefer this is supplied.
