There is leak in the pipe and hose which needs to be fixed or replaced

I need an external pump to be connected to an old 1000L water tank (see attached photo). The pump is to connect to a tap used for watering our garden. Power will be available and quote is purely for labour. Please provide an approximation cost of parts which will be paid separately upon receipts. Also is some sort of inline filter is required for this setup?

Pipe under the sink is leaking. Needs fixing, see photo attached. Also, showed head got taken off from the nozzle, Simple job. Also, there's a hinge that needs to be fixed on the bottom part of the door under the basin, also simple too. Discuss budget

Tap is running and won’t turn off

Hi, I am looking for assistance to install a simple new kitchen tap at my family house. I have the new tap purchased and below are three photos showing the items and current mixer tap. I do not have tradie tools which can efficiently unscrew these. It is very tight.

Need a new kitchen sink tap to be installed and a new kitchen light needs to be installed. Both will be provided just need them to be installed

Looking for new shower base and Installation. 1200mm x 900mm. Must come to have a look first.

Repair required for: 1. Leaking external toilet cistern, suspected in vicinity of the hose or connection( see photo, leak above bucket) 2. Laundry faucet leaking even when tap is tight (see photo)

Install shower head, drainage and bidet. Has to supply all materials.

Looking for someone who can fix toilet seat and fix sink plug is stuck

Change shower and sink taps and check for leak (a leak came up in my building and pest report)

Toilet cistern leak, requires repair. Initial diagnosis shows issue with the fill valve as water is not accumulating. When I lift the float up, it stops leaks but when I release it starts to leak again.

Need a few minor things done. Leaking external pipes x 2. Crack d concrete part of an external septic pipe that needs replacing I think.
