I just need someone to replace my tap fitting. The current one is so low it’s hard to fill water jugs, so I’ve bought a new outlet and just need help with the task of fitting it on. I’ve also bought the thread seal tape. Can provide a car park space within the building so no parking fees required.

Leak coming through ceiling from upstairs bathroom, cannot locate leak externally through visual inspection so maybe the leak is coming from behind the wall where the vanity tap connections are located. Perhaps a moisture detector meter would be useful.

Shower heating not working but the hot water in the kitchen is fine... could be tempering valve issue under the kitchen sink or laundry area.

I need a wooden or similar solution to hide the pipes on two two bathroom sinks. Would be good to do wood and have it painted black. Essentially just need to make the space more visually appealing and hide the pipes under the sink

First job - There is a leak under the kitchen sink that looks to be coming from the mixer hoses. They may need to be replaced. Second job - the spout for the bath is leaking water and assume it needs a replaced washer.

I have purchased an ice & water fridge that sits in an alcove backing on to the laundry with washing machine taps directly on otherwise of fridge alcove wall. I am after a licensed plumber to install a tap off the laundry tap (preferably about 400-500mm higher than existing tap), and a hole drilled through 120mm thick brick wall so that the fridge’s water line can be connected. Surface mounted plumbing is OK as it is behind washing machine. Onsite parking available

Kitchen sink tap has become loose needs to be reattached. Shower guard rail needs to be resealed to tile floor.

Change drain pipe on a house

I need a few basins attached back together and one of the pipes reattached

Plumber needed to unclog drain stopper. The drain stopper is stuck on the close function. It was working perfectly normal yesterday. I washed out some soiled items that had mud (and potentially small rocks). Since then the drain stopper won’t pop back up. I’ve tried Draino without success. I removed the cap (as pictured) to try to clear the drain. May need a drain snake or to clear out the pipe.

Replace down pipe Probably only needs to replace from the second floor down to street level. Quote needs to include all materials and also disposal of the old pipe please

I need some bathroom vanity taps changed over. 2 taps and a mixer spout. I have the taps, just not the tools. The t bar may have to be cut to size also. A kitchen mixer tap is also loose and needs some repair to tighten it up. Not a difficult task for someone with the know how and tools but essential to the bathroom.
