I need help installating a TOTO S2 washlet D Shape/Side control onto a WaterMark AS1172 toliet (licence no. WMK26168). I came across 2 issues trying to install it myself (1) the mechanism to fix the seat onto the toilet does not align (2) I want to pass the water hose under the cistern but im unsure how to achieve that.

Toilet has been smelling of sewage on and off since moving Into a newly built home. Original plumber claimed no issues and It has gotten a lot worse recently and want the smell gone.

The water pressure in the ensuite for the toilet is very low causing the flush not to fill up and not to work properly, I have changed the flush, but the problem still there, the water pressure in the sink taps and shower is good. Only the toilet.
