We have a PVC pipe the drain pipe is connected to, it needs to be extended and connected to stormwater. See photo, where the red arrow is there is an exposed stormwater pipe, need a pit added.

Stormwater pipes are blocked by roots, need them jet blasted.

Licensed plumber needed to install a mixer tap, new basin and plug This is to replace old ones which the stone mason putting in the new bench has removed & capped off. See photo. There is already a hole in the bench for both the tap and the basin. I have purchased the tap, basin and plug already. See photos.

1) Install new taps for washing machine and plumbing for laundry sink. The piping can be done on the back brick wall to below the sink. 2) remove existing taps above benchtop

Require kitchen removed neatly and electrical and plumbing professionally capped off
