Ensuite shower waterproofing has been compromised on a 8 year old shower and water leaked to the ground floor ceiling. Plumber has confirmed it’s not a pipe issue - please see pics I need someone to do the following to waterproof the shower, 1. Remove exisiting grout from the shower floor 2. Supply and regrout the floor with trade quality Epoxy grout as epoxy is needed for waterproofing 3. Regrout bottom 2 layers of the wall 4. Waterproof exisiting Silicone or re silicone where needed with trade quality product 5. Inspect and advise any other waterproofing is needed It’s a small shower - approx 1.8 m X 1 M floor - please see pics Looking to do the job ASAP

We are looking for a plumber who can do a couple of jobs for our bathroom renovation. Please refer to the photos for more information. Job 1 Once the bathtub is removed by demolition professionals , we want a toilet to be installed where the bathtub was . As shown in the photo, no 90 size pipe comes out of the bathroom so it will need additional one . Please close ( or seal )the existing water pipe that was supplying water to the bathtub. 2. The current vanity has pipe that seems connected to the ground but we would like to remove it and install a new vanity as shown in the photo. Please let me know how long these jobs would take so we can organize a tiler accordingly. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 23 January 2024
