Fix garden irrigation pipe- looks like gardener stepped on pipe, causing leak when water is on.Small section (few cm's) of pipe needs to be cut out and replaced where leak is. Also replace 1 leaking micro sprinkler which is leaking where micro pipe meets micros sprinkler head. Both leak locations are circled in red on the photos.

Need to take out old toilet and install new. Straight forward job

Old garden tap is leaking and needs to be replaced. Replacement tap has been purchased. Need old tap removed and new tap installed. Main is located near the tap which needs replacing and can be easily accessed to turn off water before removing old tap.

I have a capped cold water line behind my fridge. I need to add a cutoff tap and filter then connect to Westinghouse fridge to run ice maker and water dispenser. I don’t have the connection kit, only the plastic line attached to the fridge. Price is flexible and doesn’t include parts you provide.

water leaked out in the basement from the share wall of the duplex. It could be coming from the roof as there is pipes on the roof above where the leaking is. The roof is concrete and it is the only place where the leak could happen. We have someone fixed the some problem 3 year ago. And i believe its going to be a similar issue.

Got a zip hot/cold/sparking Has a zip service but didn’t help. Soda water spurts out instead of streaming smoothly Soda runs out too fast as a result Zip is $250, but I’m happy to offer $200.

Have five drains that are blocked with Mud & Roots from storms etc. Will need eel to unblock and Jet Blast, could take 6 hours. Also would like putting camera up line to check any spots. Hoping to do now

Plumber needed to fix 3 sets of tight bathroom taps and unblock one basin. The taps are old - I need you to fix them so they do not need to be turned so tight to stop dripping. The basin in the first photo is clogged and it takes ages for the water to drain - I need this fixed too.

Please check for mould and remove if required today. We can’t see any but can smell it. Small room. 5m x 2.5m x 3m
