My shower has been leaking for ages. We first changed the cartridges and then the knobs but the leak continued. I was told by a builder a Valve Resitting should fix it. The kitchen tap has very low water pressure, the tap was replaced less than 12 months ago, it may be that the hose is crimped blocking the water flow. The cupboard below the sink have some surface mould, this needs to be throughly cleaned please with mould killing cleaning product. The water also doesn't get hot like it used to from this tap so I would like to fix that also

There are 4 sinks connected to drain and all 4 sings are blocked. If I open water in the sink, it comes out of the floor drain. I used drain block gels still did not work.

Hey there, I need a plumber to replace my old P-trap toilet for a new one as the old one is currently leaking. The shower taps have been leaking as well and need to be replaced. I can buy the taps and toilet myself, although I will need to check with you they are the correct ones. It would be great if the job could be done next Friday during the day, but I'm flexible. A pipe in my garage that connects to the washing machine under the laundry basin is continuously leaking water even after a cap has been put on. It looks like leak might be coming from above where the cap has been put. I live in a small unit complex and can turn off the water to my apartment upstairs and to turn off the water to the garage it looks like the whole complex’s water may need to be turned off which is fine but need professional help
